Fiber Optics... Do you like them?

Just wondering what you guys thought of fiber optics. Do they help with faster target acquisition or are they just something fancy on your gun?

I have used them on a number of guns, and still do on my Hi Capas. I like the extra help, but they aren't much better than regular white dot sights, except in low light situations. In the end I think they are more Pimp than necessary.

RCW has made some nice Fiber Optic rear blades for the HI Capa from the stock rear sight. Seems like a good idea since the SD are hard to find and not as perfectly fit to the front sight.

So do you think it is possible at all to put fiber optic sights on the g19? I think the sights are one piece with the slide but I am not completely sure.

With the proper tools anything can be done.

Freedom Art sells a set of Fiber Optic sights. All the Glock series use the same sights so they will fit your Glock 19.

Hmmm... strange the link didn't show, I will try to fix that.

Thats quite a bit of money for just a little sight. But I think its worth it! So this means that the sights are removable?
